Brian has been tattooing for over 22 years, and opened Capitol City Tattoo in 2000. His strengths are bold color work but he also enjoys doing black and grey. When he's not tattooing he is phoning his mother to tell her he loves her. Don't confuse this with wussiness. He just loves his mom.
